I rephrased Isaac Asimov’s qute from “United States” to (around the world) to give it a universal tone. I can even feel that here in the Philippines as most people today would glorify and even dignify Martial Law, Ferdinand Marcos and even Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo and Jovito Palparan.
